All bicycles are completely assembled, tuned and tested by our experienced bicycle mechanics before they leave the shop. Only minor assembly is required when bikes arrive at your address (i.e. install seat post, pedals and handlebars). Because we are a certified retailer for all the brands we carry, factory warranties are 100% valid. Some closeout/demo/used bikes may be sold as-is, feel free to call if you have any questions.

OUR GUARANTEE If your bike is defective in any way, send it back within 14 days for a full refund.

The bicycle should be in new condition and packed in the original shipping container. Mountain bikes can not have been ridden off road.

Parts and accessories must be returned new in the box.

We accept returns on non-defective items within 14 days as well. However, there is 20% restocking fee on non-defective bike, part and accessory returns. In addition, if we ship to the correct address and the item is refused by the recipient, it will be subject to the same restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipment on non-defective items.

We try our best to help you pick out your new bike. We can help with sizing advice, but ultimately the size selection is up to you. If you decide your new bike is the wrong size, you can return it, but it is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Orders that are canceled or altered more than 24 hrs after the order was placed are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Inventories are updated regularly, but occasionally the site will reflect items that are out of stock or no longer available. We apologize when this happens, but will not be held responsible for these errors. Our inventory reflects what we have in store, what is in our own warehouse, and what we can special order from the manufacturer. Because of this some bikes ship immediately, and some take up to 5 business days to ship. You are welcome to call if you would like to confirm availability and estimated ship times before you order.
